Welcome to the website of the farm Niclarerhof in Kurtatsch/Entiklar.

Our fruit and vineyard farm has been newly constructed in the year 2007 and has disposal of 2 comfortable holiday flats. When constructing and furnishing, natural building materials have been preferred. Both holiday flats have disposal of an own balcony, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view over the vineyards and the fruit orchards. Our farmyard is very quietly embedded in vineyards and is therefore suited for relaxing and recovering, far away from the hectic pace and turbulence.



The geographical location of our house is ideal for hiking, cycling, visiting the surrounding lakes and outdoor pools and many day trips in the region of South Tyrol.

Under the wine-covered arbor with a barbecue and in the vineyards around the house, you will find peace and relaxation from the stress of everyday life until late autumn.

Upon request, we offer a bun service for the apartments.

Our house is open all-season and offers therefore the possibility to enjoy South Tyrol in every season. The apple blossom in spring, swimming in the summer, the vintage in autumn and the Christmas markets in Bozen, Meran and Brixen in the winter.

The Carlini family is looking forward to your visit.

Our comfortable and fully equipped holiday flats in a peaceful and idyllic position amid orchards and vineyards provide the ideal atmosphere for recovering from the everyday bustle. They are on the first floor and can be reached by a common main entrance.

The flat „Weingarten“ has an entrance area with closet, a bathroom, a kitchen with pull-out sofa and satellite TV and a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with table and chairs.

The flat „Obstgarten“ (one-room flat)

The flat „Obstgarten“ has a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV and a kitchenette. The corresponding large balcony with table and chairs is in front of the main entrance. If you wish to have two separate bedrooms or if there is a higher number of people, the rental of both apartments is possible because they can be reached over a common main entrance.

Our farmyard offers also a vine-covered arbor with garden furniture, deck chairs, a grill and tasting of homemade wines in our cellar.

We ask for understanding that it is not allowed to smoke in the flats. For smoking, one can use the balconies.

Pets (small animals) are allowed.

Arrival and Departure

The apartments are ready for occupancy on arrival from 4 pm and must be released on the day of departure until 10 am. We are asking for understanding because therefore we will have enough time for a thorough cleaning. By agreement also another arrival or departure time is possible.

Prices

The following prices are for an occupancy of up to 2 persons and for a duration of at least 3 nights.
For each additional person, a supplement of €12.00 is added.

During a stay of up to 3 nights, a one-off surcharge of €45.00 is calculated and in case of early departure 70% of the reserved days!

Beginning on 1 January 2014, a local tax was introduced in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment, in our case €2.00 (from 1/1/2024). Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from the levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

New: the standardised guest card „Museumobil Card“ is included in the flat price and covers the use of all public transport within South Tyrol and also allows you to visit 80 museums, collections and exhibition venues.
